We are currently recruiting amazing ITALIAN Customer Service Representatives

IF You are / You have:

Fluent in ITALIAN - written and spoken as well as good comprehension skills
Able to listen, connect and solve problems of our customers (screening plans, technical issues, payment, streaming devices, content, etc)
Curious about how streaming on various devices (TV, phones, gaming systems, etc) works
Ensures compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Security and Protection Standards
A basic understanding of computers and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
The ability to quickly adapt to change with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
The drive to be successful and contribute to the success of others
Preferably have experience with working in a customer service environment
