IT Support & Workflow Automation

Required experience and knowledge:
- Degree / diploma in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Engineering or related field;
- Affinity to CRM software and ERP systems;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration;
- Knowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and O365 (Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online, basic Excel formulas, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Knowledge of network concepts (TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet);
- Communication skills, teamwork capabilities;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently.

What’s the role about:
- Ensure configuration of IT application for clients;
- Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁and tablets;
- Install and support Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 software and additional approved, as needed, software;
- Perform basic PC, network, and mobility troubleshooting;
- Ability to identify problems and proactively suggest ways to improve processes as applicable;
- Create / Maintain / appropriate User Guides and publish updates as needed;
- Complete tasks/projects within scheduled timeframes;
- Identified from the IT point of view, the requirements of the organization regarding the software solutions used, respectively the requirements of the competent authorities; proposes and implements the necessary changes to optimize the applications used;
- Train other staff members on the correct use of computerized systems in line with protocols and regulations;
- Provides resolutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity;
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and written;
