IT Support Specialist

• 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft 365, remote desktop tools, and VPN technologies.
• Proficient in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Strong understanding of hardware components, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Understanding of essential network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and security practices.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and storage solutions.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intermediate hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈IT systems to support organizational needs.
• Provide support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Resolve operating system issues (Windows, Linux) and troubleshoot commonly used software applications (MS Office, email, browsers).
• Address network connectivity challenges, VPN access, and account-related inquiries.
• Deliver end-user training on IT tools and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Leverage your knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), servers, and access control to provide effective support.
