Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing IT equipment, consulting and training users, and participating in IT projects to improve the company’s infrastructure. It is an on-site job, at our headquarters in Sebes, Alba.

Requirements:
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in user support.
  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in IT preferred.
  • Proficiency in using and administering M365 and Microsoft Active Directory .
  • Proficiency in using request registration systems.
  • Skills in user support for Windows OS.
  • Skills in maintaining and repairing IT equipment, installing software, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Basic knowledge of information security.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to train employees.
  • Intermediate level of English.

Descrierea jobului

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the maintenance of IT equipment, peripheral devices, and mobile telecommunications equipment.
  • Procuring, transporting, installing, and relocating ︁︈​︂︂︀​︉︁​︂︅︅IT equipment and their components, as well as installing software and managing procurement documents.
  • Consulting and training company users on IT resources and creating short usage instructions.
  • Participating in the implementation and development of new technologies and systems, gathering information about used equipment and software, and proposing upgrades.
  • Managing user requests in the request registration system and informing users about the status and results of their requests.
  • Supervising the updating of quality documentation and initiating the creation of missing documentation.
  • Asset management.
Additional:
  • Ensuring interchangeability among department employees in case of leave or incapacity.
  • Proposing the acquisition of new applications or systems for more efficient task execution.
  • Seeking legal department assistance for GDPR-related issues and other personal data matters.
  • Participating in the inventory and disposal of fixed assets and IT materials.
  • Immediately informing the direct superior and responsible IT department employees in critical situations.
  • Performing data backups according to company procedures.
  • Providing IT resource usage instructions to new employees and answering their questions.
  • Participating in the planning and development of the company’s IT standards.
  • Acting according to company instructions and procedures in case of theft or loss of user equipment to prevent data leaks.
