2. Job description
As a participant in our internship program, you would undertake intensive hands-on training in Quantitative/Qualitative Research,
mostly ︃︁︃︃︁︅︂︁︈︉by assisting senior colleagues in different research projects.
This involves:
- Carry out tasks as indicated by research consultants
- Monitoring data collections
- Interpretation of survey answers
- Creating charts based on survey results
- Verification and validation of questionnaires, data tables, charts
Please note that this Internship lasts for 3 months with the possibility of employment at the end.
3. Skills and experience
The successful candidate does not need to have experience in the field, however any experience in qualitative/quantitative research, psychological therapy, training or marketing-related fields is a plus.
Our ideal candidate would:
- higher education (minimum 5 years in total, including master degree)
- have excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking);
- be confident in approaching problems and finding solutions to unique situations
- like people, like working with people and have a natural curiosity in
understanding people;
- be able to communicate well and clearly;
- have lots of enthusiasm;
- possess good analytical thinking coupled with a creative mind;
- have a background in Marketing, Business Administration, Management,
Psychology, Sociology or Social Sciences. We do not mind if you have a different
background if you can convince us qualitative/quantitative research fits your
skills and interests;
- have great Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
