Position Overview
We are currently seeking a International Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our business processes, optimize performance, and support our commercial operations.
As the International Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations within our commercial department. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of action plans, maintaining high standards of work quality, and supporting various strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is organized, analytical, and an effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects in multiple locations in multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure high-quality execution of commercial processes in alignment with company standards and goals.
- Support day-to-day operations by coordinating workflow, ensuring adequate resource allocation, and maintaining daily activity levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to address local and company-wide objectives.
- Organize and facilitate business reviews to evaluate ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Create and maintain regular activity reports to provide visibility on project progress and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas of improvement in workflows and supporting teams in implementing changes.
- Support communication between commercial teams and other departments to ensure alignment and a seamless flow of information.
- Work alongside local site managers to build project plans that meet organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Propose and promote initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and achieving greater efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in overseeing diverse commercial operations in a regional or international role, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple priorities, used to work with deadlines in a demanding volatile environment.
- Self-starter, hands-on-type.
- Available to travel 50% of his time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
