Candidatul Ideal

Cautam ingineri si mecanici intretinere aeronave cu experiență actuală de întreținere pentru unul sau mai multe tipuri de aeronave ale producătorilor Airbus sau Boeing, in Germania.

- Licenta valabila EASA Part-66 CAT B1.1 (AML) sau EASA Part-66 CAT A1, CAT B1 sau CAT B2;
- Cel putin 3 ani de experineta pentru CAT B1.1 si cel putin 1 an pentru restul pozitiilor;
- Cel putin 6 luni e experienta adunata in ultimii 2 ani pe aeronave Airbus și/sau Boeing;
- Technical Aviation Engleză ICAO Nivel 4 (Pentru solicitanții fără dovezi, va avea loc o verificare a nivelului de limbă ca parte a procesului de recrutare);
- Certificate actuale privind Factorii Umani, EWIS (Grupul țintă 4) și Siguranța rezervoarelor de combustibil (Faza 1 și 2);
- Certificatele de pregătire Engine Run Up sau Boroscope reprezintă un avantaj;
- Permis de conducere valabil (clasa B sau standard CE comparabil);
- Acțiunile dumneavoastră sunt întotdeauna caracterizate de o înaltă conștientizare a calității și siguranței;
- Disponibilitate de a călători pentru afaceri;
- Salariul incepe de la 5000 euro.

Responsabilitati:
- Veti efectua lucrari de intretinere de rutina, non-rutina si inspectii;
- Veti efectua depanari complexe si veti interpreta MEL in sgfera dumneavoastra de autorizare;
- Veti documenta pasii pe care i-ati indeplinit, etc;

Descrierea jobului

We are looking for several Certifying Staff CAT B1.1 (m/f/divers) and Maintenance Mechanic Level 2 (m/f/divers) with current maintenance experience ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄for one or more aircraft types of the manufacturers Airbus or Boeing in the Line Maintenance division in Germany.

Tasks:
As a CAT B1.1/Maintenance Mechanic Level 2 you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You carry out routine, non-routine maintenance work and visual inspections in the Line Maintenance according to customer scope of authorization;
- You independently carry out complex troubleshooting and interpret the MEL within your scope of authorization;
- You are responsible for your own and others' maintenance and servicing work in accordance with your scope of your authorization;
- You document the work steps you have carried out.

Additional tasks for Certifying Staff CAT B1.1:
- You carry out technical instructions, coordinate and monitor the maintenance work of other colleagues with a lower authorization level in the assigned work area;
- You manage and coordinate layover times that correspond to your scope of authorization;
- You issue releases of aircraft for operation (CRS) after carrying out maintenance as part of line maintenance, taking into account your scope of authorization;
- You release deferred remedies to complaints within the scope of your authorization and in compliance with customer-specific requirements;
- You issue approvals of dismantled aircraft components that are free of complaints after checking the technical status by certifying EASA Form 1.

Prerequisites:
- You have at least a valid EASA Part-66 CAT B1.1 license (AML) with one or more type entries from Airbus or Boeing, ideally also completed vocational training in an aeronautical or technical profession (for Certifying Staff CAT B1.1);
- You have at least the certificates to prove the EASA Part-66 CAT A1 or CAT B1 approved Basic Knowledge Module examinations, ideally also a completed vocational training in an aeronautical or technical profession. Alternatively, you have at least a valid EASA Part-66 CAT A1 license (AML) or an EASA Part-66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 with corresponding Airbus and/or Boeing type ratings (for Maintenance Mechanic Level 2);
- You already have professional experience in the maintenance of aircraft, ideally 3 years for Certifying Staff CAT B1.1 and 1 year for Maintenance Mechanic Level 2 of cross-type experience as Certifying CAT B1.1 on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft and can prove this by an extract from a corresponding system (qualified work certificate, Maintenance Work Experience Credential according to EASA GM3 145.A.30(e) or Authorizations Records (if issue date for the authorization is also shown));
- You have at least 6 months (750 hours) of recent experience, gained in the past two years on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft and can prove this by appropriate extracts from one or more verification systems (e.g. AMOS, qualified work certificate, Maintenance Work Experience Credential according to EASA GM3 145.A.30(e) or Authorizations Records (if issue date for the authorization is also shown)), which has been confirmed by the quality department of the previous employer(s).
- Type training certificates in theory and practice for Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft (at least Ramp and Transit ATA Spec 104 Level 2 or approved EASA Part -66 CAT B1.1 Type Training or comparable)
- Technical Aviation English ICAO Level 4 (For applicants without proof, a corresponding language level check will take place as part of the recruitment process);
- Current certificates on Human Factors, EWIS (Target Group 4) and Fuel Tank Safety (Phase 1 & 2);

- Engine Run Up or Boroscope training certificates are an advantage;
- An unrestricted valid driver's license (class B or comparable EC standard);
- Your actions are always characterized by a high awareness of quality and safety;
- Willingness to travel on business;
- Working in shifts is a matter of course for you;
