Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova – Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Engineer

Roles& responsibilities:

- Drive resolution of external supplier process zero MIS (Months In Service) warranty concerns through supplier notification ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄and driving containment at the supplier.
- Support QR (Quality Reject) procedures, by supporting concern binning, reviewing threshold QR’s, and providing support for dispute resolution. Assist IQ (Incoming Quality) with non- responsive suppliers. Assist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM(Parts Per Million) data accuracy. Administer part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure.
-Train suppliers and cross functional team members, as required, on the Supplier Engagement Process and the APQP/PPAP (Advanced Product Quality Planning/Production Part Approval Process) Readiness Assessment.
- Leads the resolution of all Red/Yellow deliverables together with cross-functional team members.
- Participates in change control meetings within PAT (Program Activity Team), PST (Program Steering Team) and PMT (Program Module Team). Collaborates with CPMT (Component Program Module Team) leaders and Program Purchasing team managers to understand program related changes affecting launches.
- Organizes cross-functional meetings to determine the resolution of PPAP issues and to manage action plans for timely PSW approvals. Proactively monitors, manages and escalates significant issues that reduce vendor PPAP or rollout risks.
- Manages the PPAP completion on time through OTG (Open-to-Go) meetings, align PPAP timing with eAPQP and communicate PPAP status to Site STA and program team. Provides onsite support for builds during launches.
- Leads activities related to containment, G8D, ICA/PCA.
- Supports Start-up, FCPA, Campaign Prevention, Fresh Eyes, Craftmanship, R202, DEMS, Hard Rocks, Shortage, White Board and VRT meetings.

Requirements:

Technical engineering degree
Knowledge of automotive Quality and Manufacturing processes
Knowledge of problem solving tools
Strong communication and team building – leading cross-functional teams
Good written and oral English language skills
Well-experienced in MS office tools Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Production needs may involve a change in the work schedule for a short period of time.
