Responsibilities Will Include
Perform the onsite installation, training, preventative maintenance, upgrades and repair of our supplier’s complex laser and optical systems
Diagnose and trouble shoot customer issues through statistical analysis and evaluation of laser system reliability
Participate in continuous technical and other relevant training
Will test, tune, and adjust equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
Keeping in contact with our suppliers to implement their instructions for servicing
Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
Report spare part requirements
Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects

Apel Laser sells, installs and services laser systems and other industrial and scientific equipments in Romania and Bulgaria, from our portfolio of suppliers. We also train personnel and do preventive periodical maintenance.
