Candidatul Ideal

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role focused on infrastructure and networking support.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure components (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers).
- Experience with SOTI or other device management platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Android-based devices and applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
- Very good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work on-site at the warehouse in Ștefăneștii de Jos, with occasional travel to other warehouses in Bucharest

Infrastructure and Networking:
-Perform regular updates of the WMS application on all Android terminals/scanners via SOTI.
- Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity and performance problems, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment, including switches, routers, and access points.
- Monitor and report system and network performance issues.

Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support for IT infrastructure, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including network devices and peripherals, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment for new users and locations.

Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with the next line IT support teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions to create a knowledge base for recurring problems.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and share best practices.

General Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests promptly via phone, email, or helpdesk software.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
- Train users on basic IT and network functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
