Volvo Trucks Romania is an organization with approximately 230 employees of which more than 70% are within Retail. We are the distributor of all Volvo Trucks in Romania and are responsible to operate 10 wholly owned workshops serving both Volvo & Renault Trucks in the country.
We are now looking for a Human Resource Specialist for Volvo Trucks Romania.
Competencies and Skills:
Education and experience:
Volvo Trucks Romania is an organization with approximately 230 employees of which more than 70% are within Retail. We are the distributor of all Volvo Trucks in Romania and are responsible to operate 10 wholly owned workshops serving both Volvo & Renault Trucks in the country.
We are now looking for a Human Resource Specialist for Volvo Trucks Romania.
Competencies and Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues
- Passionate about driving processes improvement and innovation
- Assist others using specialized expertise
- Apply high standards of professionalism and operate with integrity
- Genuine interest in working with people and for people
- Strong team player and being able to work without supervision as well.
Education and experience:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar HR roles
- Good knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation and its applicability
- Good knowledge of salary calculation process, experience with dp-Payroll and True HR software – advantage
- Experince with Success Factors - advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English.

The Human Resource Specialist will report to HR Manager and the position is based in our headquarter in Bolintin Deal, Highway A1, Giurgiu county.

- Support the implementation and alignment of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Cover a wide range of human ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀resource processes: personnel administration, inhouse salary calculation and reporting, people information management
- Actively partner with line managers and team leaders in receiving and delivering accurate data to different parties (employees, different authorities)
- Perform diverse assignments in areas as recruitment, training, employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, employer branding activities, etc.
- Support internal and external audit on HR processes
- Support the Managing Director with expense claims, travel arrangements, business visits, company meetings, etc.
