HR SPECIALIST

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
•Minimum 3 years as an HR Specialist/Coordinator.
•Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and other office programs at upper intermediate level is required.
•Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a highly confidential environment and to deal with all colleagues with tact, diplomacy and warmth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
•Coordinate full cycle recruitment from acquisition to candidate onboarding.
•Participate in Career Fairs on site ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀and at professional schools.
•Oversee HR Data while entering new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
•Handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, promotion and new joiner welcome packs.
•Participate in development of Local SOPs and other internal guidelines and handbooks.
•Maintain confidential filling system for employees and candidates.
•Manage all payroll processes.
•Train and assist Department Heads with the processing of Time & Attendance and Payroll.
