Technical Skills
  • Experience in Human Resources area – minimum 2 years in recruitment and selection within multinational organizations ︅︋︎︎︈︉︂︄​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎is an advantage
  • University degree in Human Resources or Psychology - is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage and deliver on multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the business and candidates;
  • Able to word independently and to manage the priorities and deadlines;
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Desire to implement fresh, new ways of working
  • Fluency in English language - spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assumption of operational and strategic personnel consulting activities for a specific support area;
  • Create and post ads ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂on recruitment platforms;
  • Conduct recruitment and selection interviews;
  • Draws up the shortlist and recommends selected candidates;
  • Draws up the job offer and send it to the selected candidate;
  • Engage in employer branding activities;
  • Accountable for ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new hires and exit process
  • Manages employee inquiries and employees’ different requests in relation to their job and experience
  • Provide support for document management for leave, employee personnel files, etc.
  • Proactive project planning: interaction with agencies and external organizations;
  • Participates in ad hoc projects as requested
  • Conducting monthly timekeeping for established departments
