​We are looking for A2W / Q2R Senior Process Associates, mid-level positions for all Human Resources enthusiasts. The specialists we are looking for will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in Administer to Work / Query to Resolve processes, to deliver qualitative service to our Clients and to develop their professional career following many paths Capgemini is opening in this domain.

Qualifications:
  • Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, Talent acquisition, Case management, Remuneration, etc.;
  • System data entry experience (advantage – Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.);
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Proficient communication skills in English (min. B1+ level) & French (min. B2 level.);

Job Responsibilities - Administer to Work
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.);
  • Handles employee requests according to the project deadlines;
  • Provides clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;
  • Collaborates with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.;
  • Creates & updates all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool;
  • Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery;
  • Handles client communication and reporting.

Job Responsibilities – Query to Resolve
  • Manage the client engagement;
  • Respond to clients queries & escalations accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system);
  • Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (e.g. Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.);
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan;
