- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Recruitment / Talent Aquistion Specialist in Banking sector, (preferably);
- Excellent interpersonal skills (cooperation, communication and networking, strong consulting, relationship and change management skills);
- Proactive and goal oriented;
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Reports to the HR RM Manager;
- Good knowlege of English.

We are looking for a qualified Recruitment Consultant / Talent Aquistion Specialist to join our team and help us with the bank’s recruitment projects (from sourcing, to the selection and final validation/hiring decision) and ensure that recruitment plan is properly aligned with our business goals;
You will also offer strategic guidance, HR solutions and support on people and organizational challenges to business leaders and to employees within bank;
Actively involved in development programs;
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including strategy, planning, cold calling, phone -screening, interviews, feedback and follow up;
- Creating job descriptions and promoting them on different recruitment sources, including the company's platform;
- Supporting and collaborating with the hiring managers, in terms of identifying the most suitable employees and resources in line with team & business objectives;
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process;
- Supporting the organization of external and internal recruitment & company events (Angajatori de top, Open Days, team buldings, etc).
