Candidatul Ideal

Descrierea jobului
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts (posting job advertisements, daily candidate screening, scheduling interviews, participating ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁in or conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates)
- Welcome and assist candidates, ensuring a positive experience
- Provide candidates with information about the company, job responsibilities, and the interview process
- Prompt email/phone communication with candidates
- Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidate involved in the recruitment process
