- Ensure compliance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to local HR policies, programs, and processes in alignment with Company policies and local legislation.
- Communication and support: Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers, providing consultation and problem-solving for HR-related inquiries. Facilitate HR events and manage day-to-day communication of HR policies and programs.
- Administration and reporting: Manage HR administration tasks including staff planning, budgeting, and reporting. Taking a part in recruitment process and programs, newcomer`s on-boarding and briefing alignment with corporate standards and local laws.
- Documentation and compliance: Administer labor policies, procedures, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies and local legislation. Manage employee records, including personal documents and agreements, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Operational support: Provide general on-site organization and support, including staff relocation, business trip organization, and coordination of medical/life insurance and other benefits administration.This role will provide opportunities for continuous improvement, development, and growth. It will be varied in nature and will strive ensure we provide operational HR, LR excellence and compliance.
