HR Generalist Europe & Asia

You have 2+ years of experience in HR
You are familiar with employment legislation, knowledge about various European countries is a plus
You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and are IT savvy

You speak English fluently, any additional European languages are a big plus – you are comfortable working in English
You are able to work dynamically, in an international context as part of a global team
You are proactive, outgoing and relate to people of all cultures and backgrounds easily
Occasional travel is something you enjoy undertaking

The HR Generalist is a key resource for employee - and business support for FoodChain ID Europe.

You collaborate ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︉︃closely with the HR Team and Managers, both local and international, on all matters HR while being part of the global HR Team. This role gets exposure to all areas of HR and plays a key role in building our global company culture. By joining our diverse and international HR Team you set the building blocks for a global career in HR, with a lot of exposure and by having a real impact on our employees and their stories and careers.

Your role:

You collaborate on global HR projects (bonus, employee survey, culture, communication, events and more)
As part of the global HR team you drive culture in Europe as well as globally
You support in recruiting processes by running campaigns, coordinating interviews and conducting screening interviews

You create, manage and organize various employment documents for countries across Europe

You are in charge of onboarding & offboarding of employees

You support on HR matters on a variety of European countries.
