Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for an HR Manager with retail experience preferable, to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, from attracting and hiring candidates to evaluating and motivating employees. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Requirements and qualifications:
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business or relevant field
  • Fluently in English (spoken and written)
  • Proven work experience minimum 5 years as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
  • Hands on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies
  • Good understanding of labor and employments legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Good presentation and consulting abilities

Main mission and responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process. Forecast hiring needs
  • Keeps a close track of personnel turnover rate on a monthly basis and takes action to reduce the rate
  • Reporting activities on HR related KPI’s (personnel cost, turnover, e-Learning competition rate)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contract and onboarding procedure
  • Prepare and control HR budgets
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absences, bonus, leaves, etc) and communicate with payroll provider
  • Maintain and update internal HR database(e.g: vacation, sick leave or maternity)
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement and motivation
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Monitor payment and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR KPI’s
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Communicate and coordinate with HR Group Management for special projects
