Main Responsabilities:
- Manage and allocate employee housing based on company policies and individual needs;
- Ensure accommodation meets the required standards for safety, comfort, and compliance with local laws;
- Coordinate with landlords, hotels, or external service providers for housing agreements and contracts;
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding accommodation-related concerns (e.g., maintenance issues, relocation questions);
- Address and resolve employee housing concerns or complaints in a timely manner';
- Organize and facilitate employee moves, including transportation of belongings if required;
- Maintain records of employee housing assignments, contract durations, and availability.;
- Oversee accommodation budgets, ensuring that housing costs are controlled and within budgetary guidelines;
- Negotiate rates with accommodation providers and manage agreements to ensure competitive pricing;
- Ensure that all accommodations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
- Conduct regular inspections of housing to ensure it meets company standards;
- Maintain accurate documentation of all housing contracts, agreements, and employee accommodations;
- Prepare and submit reports related to accommodation status, budget, and utilization for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
- Previous experience in managing employee housing or accommodations, property management, or a similar role;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information and solve problems independently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
