Graphic Designer

For this role, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Graphic Designer with an eye for turning insights and ideas into creative design solutions and a passion for visual storytelling.

You should have:
3 years of experience in graphic/digital design
A portfolio that highlights your creativity, technical skills, and unique design perspective.
Creative Vision: Strong design sensibilities and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing outputs
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity using design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy and consistency across all creative outputs.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting, sharing ideas and incorporating feedback effectively.

Role and Responsibilities:
Design visual assets for marketing activities such as social media posts, newsletters, presentations, ads, and promotional materials.
︃​︁︄︀​︁︉︇​︁︄︀Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator, Community Manager, and Media Buyer to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Adapt designs based on internal feedback and performance metrics.
Optimize graphics for different platforms, including social media and websites.
Develop reusable templates for faster content creation, particularly for social media and newsletters.
Stay updated on design trends and tools.
Design presentations for internal and external use, ensuring engagement and clarity.
Monitor asset success tracking file to identify winning assets
