- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Willing to understand, learn and be updated with the legislation in force and the Banking Policies and Procedures
- Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed;
- Very good analytical thinking skills, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner;
- Good command of English language;
- Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field

As a General Compliance Officer (Junior), in ProCredit Bank, you will be able to:
- Monitor legislative changes and initiatives in order to identify their future potential impact on the institution's activity.
- Monitor the compliance of internal procedures with the legislation in force and monitor the proper implementation of legislative changes in the Bank's procedures.
- Learn to analyze and evaluate internal regulations, new banking products and services from the point of view of compliance with the regulatory framework in force.
- Prepare responses to requests from authorities to provide data and information.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to NBR, Group AML, Bank Management and Management Committees, Board of Directors;
- One month International training in Belgrad: Ethics, Inclusion and Diversity, Identity meets responsibility, Our Clients and Services, Sustainability
- Practical on-the-job training with experienced specialists and with dedicated mentor
