Game Community Manager

• Community Management activities for Mobile Games
• Interaction with players exclusively in written form Industry-specific platforms (Discord, Forums, Social Media Channels)
• Hybrid work (combining both work-from-home and in-office activities)

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Focus on Customer Experience and Brand Awareness
• Excellent communicator, both online and offline
• Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions
• Ability to integrate with the product team and to work in a Agile methodology
• Natural curiosity about the industry and tech and enjoy doing research
• Write and create "mean" online content - Creative writing is a plus
• Any previous experience in customer-facing positions or as community manager is beneficial
• Experience with Photoshop, Jira, and Confluence is a bonus but not required

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with Game Development Plans
• Maintain and document detailed and in-depth game knowledge
• Monitor, summarize, and communicate player sentiment based on official channels
• Organize events and online actions meant to build community and boost player engagement
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Identify and report potential incidents, communicate to the game community accordingly
• Interact and coordinate with external and internal partner departments to ensure transparency and consistency
• Bring your creativity to the table
