- The Fundraising Officer, under the guidance of the Fundraising Officer, will support the private sector fundraising (PSFR) activities ︁︀︂︃︃︉︆︆︄by providing procedural, administrative, and operational assistance. This role ensures effective and timely delivery of tasks in accordance with UNICEF rules and regulations. The officer will supervise a Database Management Associate, Database Analyst Consultant, and Fundraising Telemarketing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of the donor retention and value maximization plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement donor care strategies and maximize donor retention.
- Develop and manage donor communication tools, including various content creation efforts.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize donor value maximization campaigns using data analysis and testing methodologies.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to procurement, contracts, and other processes, ensuring compliance with UNICEF procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time position, based in the UNICEF office in Bucharest.
- Remuneration: Compensation is in accordance with the level of the position and aligned with the local salary scale for United Nations positions in Romania (Starting at 182,782 Lei net per year for his position with possibility to be higher based on academic qualifications and years of experience). Child and Spouse allowances are applicable based on individual circumstances. Benefits: 18 annual leave days per year, 10 holidays per year, United Nations Pension Fund, Health Insurance, etc.

UNICEF ( Fondul Natiunilor Unite pentru Copii ), reprezinta cea mai mare organizatie pentru ajutorarea copiilor, ce functioneaza in 190 de tari si teritorii. De asemenea, UNICEF continua sa colaboreze indeaproape cu Guvernul Romaniei pentru a sprijini accesul tarii la resursele financiare din Uniunea Europeana si din subventiile Spatiului Economic European.
