- At least 2-year professional experience in similar activities.
- Passionate about IT (software + hardware) and helping others.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- ︈︌︁︉︄︂︈︀︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsing.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (WLAN, LAN, VPN, others).
- Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, on-site (Company Office, Calea Floreasca nr. 60, Sector 1, Bucuresti).
- Ability to flourish under limited supervision.
- Teamwork - team results matter more than an individual agenda.
- A positive attitude, with a spirit of initiative and an increased sense of responsibility.

- Providing profеssional IT tеchnicаl support to all company еmployeеs, in pеrson or online/phone, ︅︁︄︁︂︉︁︇︉where nеcеssary,
- Install and configure computer hardware systems.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees, from IT&C point of view, providing them with the necessary tools and equipment needed to start working;
- Handling company equipment in a responsible and organized manner, as well as keeping track of the inventory,
- Maintain IT equipment and application up and running.
- Prepare reports related to IT activities and any specific reports requested by company management.
- Support in the procurement of IT equipment and accessories.
- Assisting with specific IT&C requests, such as providing technical support during video conferences, printer maintenance, software installation, software implementation, other specific requests.
- Collaboration with the external IT supplier to perform specific and related IT activities for the company.
- Ensure other administrative activities in the Office.
- Responsible for general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing
- Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors.
- Responsible with keeping track for monthly orders for IT supplies & consumables.
- Edit, write, or translate different documents/materials.
- Prepare purchase requisition & purchase orders.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other specific IT&C administrative activities.
