Your Role
As a Fuel Consumption Controller, your primary responsibility is to monitor and analyze all fuel transactions made by our fleet of trucks. You will maintain close communication with our truck drivers to optimize fuel consumption, reduce idling, and ensure cost-effective driving practices.
Requirements
✅ Languages: Romanian, English, and Russian (spoken and written).
✅ Previous experience in working with truck drivers or within the transport industry.
✅ Strong communication skills – ability to instruct and motivate drivers effectively.
✅ Analytical mindset – ability to interpret fuel consumption data and identify trends.
✅ Attention to detail – ability to spot irregularities in fuel transactions.
✅ Proactive and results-oriented – ability to take initiative and enforce company policies.
✅ Basic IT skills – ability to work with fuel monitoring software and reporting tools.

- Monitor fuel transactions in real-time and track fuel consumption data.
- Contact truck drivers immediately after every fuel transaction to discuss consumption and encourage best practices.
- Analyze fuel efficiency trends and report discrepancies or suspicious transactions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in driving behavior, fuel efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Educate and guide drivers on best fuel-saving techniques, including idling reduction.
- Collaborate with fleet managers to ensure fuel policies are followed.
- Ensure compliance with company fuel policies and industry regulations.
