- Offer information and support to visitors, customers and employees
- Welcome visitors, customers and employees at the front desk and leads them to the correct department or meeting rooms
- Support with protocol activities as required by the management team
- Provide help in organizing on site events when needed
- Prepare reports relating to administration activities and communicate specific data as required by the management team.
- Manage documents, correspondence from post office, letters, certificates, meal voucher, visitor log and access cards for visitors on site
- Activates as a contact person, keeping track of received requests and phone calls- forwarding the messages
- Ensure compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Information Security.
- Set new hires access rights
- Create access badge for the floor access
- Request and collect access badge for building elevator
- Provide badges to the employee and make sure the employee will sign the report (process verbal)
- Update audit and inventory reports
- Create and send ad-hoc reports related to the activity
- Order needed supply
- Modify or restrict access rights of the employee, according to request and change in job title/department etc.
- Cancel access rights on employee exit
- Available to fix and unlock door access
