Candidatul Ideal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Continue to develop solid technical accounting skills as well as an understanding of
property damage claims, complex business interruption claims, extra expense claims, and
other insurance and litigation engagements.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of insurance policy terms and
concepts.
Supervise the analysis and schedule preparation of Senior Accountants, Staff
Accountants, and Interns for supervisor review.
Develop as a resource for technical and non-technical issues.
Review schedules, reports, and correspondence to ascertain that they meet firm
standards.
Appropriately communicate with members of the investigative team to ensure that
needed information is shared, and deadlines and modified deadlines are communicated.
Work on simultaneous claims and successfully manage larger loss assignments.
Serve as an expert witness for litigation matters.

Accounting/Business (or related) degree preferred..
Minimum 4 to 5 years accounting experience
Proficient ︁︈︁︁︇︁︃︈︁︇︀understanding of the insurance industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Interns.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and
PowerPoint).
