Fleet Coordinator

- Min 3 years of experience in fleet management
- Very good transport legal knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Good attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good English level.
- License Drive B

- Ensuring that a fleet of vehicles is operating in accordance with legislation and regulations.
- Managing strict vehicle maintenance ︁︈​︁︉︁​︂︁︂​︁︄︆and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
- Maintain all vehicle information and inspection records.
- Monitoring drivers behavior and taking disciplinary action where necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services
- Report fleet performance and finances to upper management
- Monitoring fleet costs and ensuring that they remain within budget.
- Working closely with Transport Director to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency.
- Maintaining constant communication with drivers
- Developing and maintaining schedules for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Monitoring and tracking vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply levels.
- Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicating with drivers to ensure that they are aware of their schedules and responsibilities.
- Working with mechanics to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management.
- Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.
