Candidatul Ideal
- A French legal entity (TP EMEA), which acts as a regional hub for support functions and facilitates client billing.
- A German entity (TPS) focused on regional IT.
What We’re Looking For: We seek a dynamic individual who thrives in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be highly efficient with tools, and demonstrate excellent ability to connect and engage with regional function leaders.
The working language within the FP&A team is English, though proficiency in French or German would be considered a plus.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a controllership role.
- Strong understanding of statutory accounting and management accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with subsidiaries to ensure process adherence and alignment.

- Full controllership role over legal entities.
- Variance analysis and cost center analysis for regional functions.
- Intercompany planning, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀forecasting commissions & fees, invoicing, and collections.
- Collaborating with the Group Tax team to ensure fiscal coherence.
- Preparing IT reconciliations, regional team cost allocations, and balance sheet schedule reconciliations.
- Working with D365 for reporting and preparing schedules in Magnitude and Jedox.
- Liaising with intercompany counterparts to resolve disputes and align processes.
- Supporting accounting teams and managing regional commissions and incentives.
