Responsibilities:

Analyzes financial data and prepares financial reports
Update and check budget versus actual by department
Big budget update ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀and verification
Salary file update for the budget
Asset & Investments, tracking according to budget
Organization of monthly, quarterly and annual inventories, in all locations, as well as recording the differences in ERP
Product margin analysis
Standard cost update
Update scrap value
Updating the files for the department's KPIs
Participate in defining the annual budget
It ensures that all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reported
Check and analyze the discrepancies between the written and physical stocks
Analyzes the main categories of expenses to identify trends and propose cost reduction measures
Participates in internal and external audits and monthly closings

Ecolor produces particleboard-based furniture in wrapped technology and high volume for IKEA. We deliver our products to 51 countries.
