Candidatul Ideal
What we expect:
- 3+ years accounting/finance experience
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of accounting framework, Romanian NAS and IFRS
- Advanced level of English
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with financial planning systems; preference for expertise in Workday
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to drill into data and dig for explanations
- Aptitude to work with large amounts of data and to manage it effectively
- Able to work well in a cross-functional team environment maintaining inter-departmental respect
- Able to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Availability for hybrid workstyle (Bucharest office)
Descrierea jobului
- Support end-to-end, bottom-up, and top-down financial analysis of the company’s P&L;
- Prepare segment and customer P&Ls, independently run ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀allocations of indirect costs following internal policies and monitor performance KPIs, prepare deep-dive efficiency analysis;
- Prepare various analysis between Actuals and Forecast/Budget per cost center and collaborate with department leads to create budgetary guidelines and track performance against financial targets;
- Support accounting team with reconciliation reports of OPEX and/or CAPEX projects in accordance with internal policies;
- Consolidates budgets, defines financial constraints and ensures the correctness of the data included in the budget with all its elements;
- Get involved in various projects at Group level (for the development and implementation of reporting, budgeting and forecasting tools);
- Assist with the implementation of internal policies and procedures as requested by SOX team and internal audit function, monitor compliance with existing ones.
