Candidatul Ideal
University degree in an economic field;
Previous experience in finance and administration is preferred;
Good level of English language proficiency;
Computer skills (especially Excel) & familiarity with using an ERP system;
Managerial and organizational skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Descrierea jobului
Organizing and managing day-to-day activities of the company’s corporate office;
Providing support to the Commercial Manager, supervising financial, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁human resources, and legal activities;
Preparing various reports for senior management (forecasting, HR metrics, budget, etc.);
Developing and monitoring budgets, business plans, and forecasts, and coordinating financial statements, analyses, and reports requested by superiors;
Participating in audits and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions;
Representing the company in dealings with public authorities, banks, auditors, financial, and legal advisors;
Developing and implementing financial and administrative procedures;
Ensuring that all files and paperwork are in the company’s best interest, comply with legal requirements, and are submitted in a timely manner.
