Candidatul Ideal

Student at Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Management etc
English - Advanced (both written & spoken)
MS Office - Advanced level of using Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams
Professional communication skills both verbal and written
Able to handle confidential data/documents/information
Professional career aspirations in learning & developing in a multinational company
Ability and willingness to learn fast and integrate in the company

Descrierea jobului

Key responsabilities:
  • Work directly with allocated mentors in Finance/Administration on small projects allowing space to learn and grow
  • Prepare ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄specific documents (contracts, tables, annexes, email communication)
  • Communicate regularly on status of own activities
  • Prepare presentations using Power Point
  • Store specific files, scan documentation while learning internal processes and people
  • Provide support on assigned topics and ask for help from mentor(s) in case of need
  • Centralize data, meeting minutes, Excel specific reports
  • Participate to business meeting and offer support to Regional management
  • Organize virtual and face to face business meetings/workshops/training events
  • Use professionally dashboards/templates/MS apps
  • Summarize business topics from business meetings
  • Ensure follow up and on time delivery of assigned topics
  • Check data received and ask for additional information when needed
  • Raise issues/challenges and follow up the recommendations for each requested assigned topic with respectiv topic owner that you are helping with administration
  • Ensure professional self discipline and work ethics to assigned work topics
