Finance Accounts Payable

• Proven experience in processing accounts payable operations, preferably in a multi-entity setup.
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and AI-driven accounting solutions.
• Knowledge of FI-relevant assignments, WBS, and cost centers.
• Ability to manage complex payment conditions and international supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and logistics.

• Process accounts payable operations for four distinct entities.
• Handle accounts payable activities across different business areas, ︁︈​︂︂︄​︇︃​︁︂︄including plant engineering and financial services.
• Operate within a modern accounting environment, utilizing SAP R/3 and AI software.
• Manage FI-relevant assignments on work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost centers (CC).
• Navigate complex payment conditions, including advance payments and guarantees.
• Communicate with an international supplier base (English proficiency preferred).
• Collaborate closely with the purchase and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
