Field Service Engineer - CNC machines
You are:
- Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites
- Must have hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including 5-axis CNC machines and PLC's (including complex logic.)
- Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.
- Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.
- Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.
- Act as a company ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.
You are:
- Flexible, professional, curious, and bold!
- A hands-on problem solver experienced in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Focused on customer service and quality.
- Technologically savvy and experienced in software and file management.
- Eager to travel 50% of work time across Romania
