We are seeking a skilled IT expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for our global standard harness development design tool, Siemens Capital Core. A close cooperation with key stakeholders in our business accounts to achieve best possible solutions and performance will be your daily business. Additionally you will work hand-in-hand with other IT departments to maintain and ensure reliable availability of the Capital Core service. Strategic development of the related IT landscape, forward-thinking and introduction of new techniques is your passion? We invite you to apply and become an integral part of our team.

Your skills:

Harness design / manufacturing experience;
Engineering experience (work division, working instructions);
Complex data analyze oriented;
IT environment knowledge (ex: databases, JAVA);
Communication and persuasive power;
Self-learner and ability to propose and implement system or process improvements;
Ability to organize and implement changes;
Advanced English skills. German is an advantage;
Social & intercultural sensitivity, team work, self-organization;

Your task:

Proactive participation in ECAD and PLM with independent implementation of IT projects
Supporting business with ECAD and ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀PLM tools (ex: Capital XC, LDorado, LEOparts);
Elaboration of business requirements for process and tool integration in engineering and manufacturing in close cooperation with suppliers, internal departments and plants
Deriving corresponding technical specifications for implementation
Responsibility for holistic planning and implementation including system and integration tests with continuous optimization of process and system performance
Optimization of processes, methods and technologies as well as ensuring the use of state-of-the-art design tools and methods in consideration of economic efficiency
Key users training (how to use the system functionalities);
Communicate with business key users regarding process standards and new functionalities;
Communicate with software development team and external software suppliers;
