Your core priorities will be to:

  • Develop strategies for business growth, focusing on market analysis to pinpoint new expansion opportunities;
  • Oversee expansion projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, partners, and contractors to facilitate the expansion process;
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential sites for new stores. Evaluate each location's feasibility, cost, and benefits;
  • Actively search for suitable spaces and negotiate with property owners for the opening of new stores;
  • Secure favorable terms and conditions for lease or purchase;
  • Ensure that all expansion activities comply with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Remain informed about legislative changes affecting expansion plans;
  • Keep detailed records of expansion activities and regularly update management on progress;
  • Address challenges in the expansion process promptly and efficiently, providing practical solutions.

A successful Expansion Specialist will have:

  • Degree from a recognized university, ideally in Business, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in market expansion with specific knowledge of the Cluj-Napoca market dynamics;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships;
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
