Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized ESG & Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with a strong analytical mindset, a proven background in data analysis, and a passion for advancing the sustainability agenda in the built environment. This role offers a pathway to becoming a fully accredited sustainability professional.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Romanian.
- A university degree in architecture, building engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required; experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps in information and propose solutions.
- Experience with data analytics and sustainability-related metrics is essential.
- Project management experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Punctual, reliable, and results-driven with a strong team player attitude.
- A deep passion for sustainability, ESG principles, and climate action.
- Prior experience in sustainability consulting, green building certification, or ESG reporting is a plus.

Contribute to the successful delivery of sustainability and ESG projects.
Organize and oversee activities that facilitate the smooth running of project tasks.
Manage green building certification processes (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, EDGE, etc.).
Review and analyze design documentation to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements.
Identify and recommend strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability performance.
Conduct building energy and resource use analyses to inform sustainability solutions.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate sustainable features into projects.
Research and provide updated insights for submissions to certification bodies.
Support in developing ESG reporting, climate risk assessments, and carbon footprint calculations.
Collect and analyze Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions data, integrating findings into sustainability strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to support Net Zero transition strategies and circular economy initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to suggest optimal solutions for achieving sustainability objectives.
