Entry-Level SEO Specialist

We are looking for a talented SEO Specialist, who is dedicated to help clients grow their business, consolidating their presence in Google, Bing, and other search engines.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of search engine optimization, while working with experienced professionals. You will be trained in managing day-to-day activities to support our SEO campaigns.

The Specialist’s responsibilities will include analyzing the client’s website, as well as competitor websites, utilizing available research tools (ex: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Ads, MOZ, etc.) to identify top priority keywords, traffic potential around each, and onsite change opportunities accordingly. We seek candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Self-Managed - Ability to manage one’s own schedule, plan a campaign’s next steps and execute tasks without direct supervision.
• Inquisitive – A natural curiosity to examine data and determine what is working within a search program and what areas could be improved.
• Flexible - Able to work on a variety of campaigns, tasks, and communications throughout the day, understanding that unexpected tasks will almost certainly occur.
• Clear Communicator – Ability to compose email responses as well as lead client phone calls in a friendly, helpful and professional manner( Excellent English skills verbal and written are mandatory)
• Great attention to detail

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring performance of campaigns and reporting findings to team
• Publishing content according to guidelines
• Cleaning up broken links and/or outdated content as directed by team
• Uploading and QA of metadata and other SEO elements
• Backlink acquisition outreach and reporting
• Expert panel outreach and relationship management
• Publishing Google Business Profile posts
• Infographic distribution
• Technical site crawls to identify common issues that impact organic search performance (ex: 404s, site speed, XML sitemaps)
• Onsite optimization and keyword placement recommendations (ex: title tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, image alt tags)
• Implementation of miscellaneous SEO recommendations provided by team
• Analyze complex data to see trends, conduct keyword research, onsite optimization opportunities, and change focus as needed to maximize program success.
• Functioning as a member of the SEO team, attending team meetings and workshops
