Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success Advocate
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
- Providing support for Ecommerce merchandise and Events queries with other tasks as necessary
Social Media Superstar
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and our partner brands.
- Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain followers.
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve our social media strategy.

- Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

- Organized: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, social media management tools, and other relevant technologies.
