Engineer Injection Molding Process

• University Degree (Mechanical Engineering);
• More than 3 years experience in the field of plastics processing is a must;
• Experience ︋︎︃︁︅︂︉︄​︍︇︍︋​︁︁︎︎​︋︍︄︎​︈︎︇︋︇︉︇︇︅︆︍︈in the management of production projects;
• Practical knowledge of automation technology is an advantage;
• Independent, structured way of working and process-orientated thinking;
• Confident communication at all levels of collaboration;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced written & spoken English; German is a plus.

• Planning and instalation of the entire plastics production including the required machines and infrastructure;
• Defining the layout of the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂whole plastic production;
• Planning and procurement of machines, production equipment and automation in plastics production;
• Development and definition of all injection molding parameters;
• Create standards for the injection modling process;
• Optimisation of series processes;
• Management of production, procurement and technology projects;
• Contact person as an injection molding technology expert;
• Strategic further development of injection moulding production;
• Active organisation of shopfloor management;
• Analysis of new manufacturing processes to rationalise and solve technical tasks;
• Responsibility for the outsourcing of plastic partsIndustrialisation of new plastic parts.
