In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* First point of contact in all matters related to employee engagement, ︃︁︃︅︁︈︄︁︃︆climate, and retention, cooperates with employees and leaders for understanding operational strategies.
* Contribute to the development and administration of programs, policies and guidelines to help align the workforce with company’s strategic goals.
* Own the salary and/or position change (SPC) process, bonuses included.
* Make sure our performance management program (process, tools etc.) is implemented and functions properly; makes sure goals are set in line with our best practices.
* Managing our Employees Opinion Survey and resulted action plan.
* In partnership with management line develops and proposes training programs aligned with Cluj Campus approach and operational needs.
* Monitoring new hires onboarding process, holds 1-1 meetings with new hires during their onboarding period to collect feedback and advise as needed and monitors people turnover.
* Delivering trainings and workshops to support organization needs.
* Acting as gatekeeper for assigned processes; constantly monitor them and associated tools; proposes, develops & implement (after validation with Employee Relations team’s management) continuous improvement actions with focus on perfect execution so that to result an optimal overall rate effort-result and administrative burden to be minimized and makes sure that offers to management the best visibility on findings on organization (both positive issues and dysfunctionalities or risks)
* Acting as first backup for the HR Analyst function in the team; when needed (high volumes periods, leaves) provides basic HR Analyst coverage for service continuity purposes.
* Performing as required other duties related to the job responsibilities and law requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
* Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organizational environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in driving large-scale HR transformations.
* Track record of navigating complex employee relations cases with diplomacy and integrity.
* Proven experience in championing DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplaces.
