Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EHS department;
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline;
- Specific courses: SSM inspector course - 80 hours; Risk assessor course - 180 hours (is a plus)/ PSI technical framework course - 80 hours/ Responsible for the environment course;
- Solid and proven knowledge of the laws, regulations, and Health and Safety, Fire Protection, Environment protection standards (organisation of work, special equipment usage, reporting etc);
- Advanced written and spoken English, German is a plus;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Minimum 3 years of work in the industrial field;
- Team player, results driven, high integrity and ethical standards;
- Compliance with all legal requirements.

︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︇︁︂︈·Plan and implement plant security (e.g. external security service) and information security according to applicable laws and corporate standards;
·Plan and implement environmental protection (e.g. legal obligations regarding hazardous substances management, waste management, emissions and risk control and management, etc.) according to applicable laws and corporate standards;
·Plan and implement medical services (e.g. plant medical officer, workplace ergonomics, industrial hygiene management, etc.) as well as occupational health management according to applicable laws and corporate standards;
·Monitor the rules and other national and international applicable normative documents;
·Participate in risk assessment analysis for all activities, develop HSE plans, preventive instructions, method statements, checklists and other specific local HSE documentation;
·Train workers and subcontractors in the HSE plans, emergency plans, procedures, onboardings, toolbox, emergency drills and awareness actions;
·Carry out HSE monitoring of the site, with periodic visits to the workplaces; safety inspections and audits for HSE matters;
·Group HSE monthly reporting (KPIs, action plan, relevant event);
·Represent company towards official agencies;
·Continuously improve through audits and monitor internal processes, ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of the action plans (corrective and preventive actions).
