Brightlog Team from Ramnicu Valcea is looking for International Forwarder Assistant.
Responsibilities:
• invoicing of transport orders
• verification and registration of cost invoices
• verification and archiving of the freight documentation
• monitoring of balances with clients and suppliers (settlements, payment reminders)
• support for incoming and outgoing mail
• close cooperation with the accounting department
Requirements:
• communicative knowledge of English
• good computer skills
• experience in road freight is an advantage
• very good organization of work, accuracy and precision
