Candidatul Ideal
What we’re looking for:
- 2 plus years of experience of cost control experience, preferably in F&B or manufacturing;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
- Proven experience in cost control, preferably in the food and beverage industry;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations;

Cost Control
Monitor food and beverage costs, identify trends, and suggest cost-saving measures.
Calculate menu costs based on ︃︁︃︅︂︀︄︁︆︀recipes and yields.
Compare actual costs to expected costs and make necessary adjustments.
Help with budgeting and financial forecasts.
Prepare monthly and yearly cost reports.
Inventory Control
Use the ERP system to track inventory and ensure accurate data entry.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste to maintain efficient inventory.
Regularly check and count food and beverage stock.
Review received goods for quality and accuracy.
Match invoices to purchase records and maintain proper documentation.
Provide regular inventory and cost reports.
