What we require:
Hold a university degree in business, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field with outstanding academic achievements
5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Showcase a proven track record of managing listings and driving sales on major e-commerce platforms and other regional marketplaces
Be proficient in Google Analytics and digital marketing tools (familiarity with CMS systems is a plus)
Have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Be familiar with Romanian and EU pharmaceutical regulations

What we look for:
Day to day marketplace and e-pharma operations (order processing, inventory, monitoring, etc)
Partner coordination and ensuring smooth operations and address any issues promptly
Support the implementation and regular updates of pricing strategies
Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring an optimized user experience, seamless functionality, and regular updates
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales and user engagement
Monitor market trends and recommend improvements for e-commerce operations.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce site and marketplaces
Ensure all digital operations comply with Romanian and European pharmaceutical regulations, including product promotions and sales restrictions
