Domain Support Specialist with French

For our client, a multinational company from telecommunication industry, we are recruiting a Domain Support Specialist

- Intermediate level of technical expertise is required, able to troubleshoot a variety of incidents received from Level 1 Engineers.
- Good understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with Ericsson/Huawei Equipment;
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- Intermediary French knowledge ( B1 level or above);
- Incident handling: Perform commonalities, initial diagnostics, and associated resolution;
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications/ IT.

- Monitor and perform troubleshooting activity: real-time operational control of RAN, IP Fixed and Mobile Transport Collection (including PTN, Omega ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄Collection), Fixed Access equipment (OLT and DSLAM) systems, ensuring the efficient collection of Radio, Mobile Access, OLT, and DSLAM streams;
- Participate in the creation / updating of the procedures and the Technical Instructions in order to be in line with the technical standards in force;
- Escalates the unresolved incidents towards the responsible groups and aims to observe the performance indicators mentioned in the OLA.
