Candidatul Ideal
For our client, a multinational company from telecommunication industry, we are recruiting a Domain Support Specialist
- Intermediate level of technical expertise is required, able to troubleshoot a variety of incidents received from Level 1 Engineers.
- Good understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with Ericsson/Huawei Equipment;
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- Intermediary French knowledge ( B1 level or above);
- Incident handling: Perform commonalities, initial diagnostics, and associated resolution;
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications/ IT.

Descrierea jobului
- Monitor and perform troubleshooting activity: real-time operational control of RAN, IP Fixed and Mobile Transport Collection (including PTN, Omega ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄Collection), Fixed Access equipment (OLT and DSLAM) systems, ensuring the efficient collection of Radio, Mobile Access, OLT, and DSLAM streams;
- Participate in the creation / updating of the procedures and the Technical Instructions in order to be in line with the technical standards in force;
- Escalates the unresolved incidents towards the responsible groups and aims to observe the performance indicators mentioned in the OLA.
