As a Customer Support – Diplomatic Services, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to translate client needs into practical solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Language talent, fluent French or Dutch (verbal and written skills)
Knowledge of other languages such as English and/or Romanian
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated team

Managing and monitoring activities related to processing and operating information systems
Providing technical support for users ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄via phone, chat, and email
Administering and updating the company's database
Identifying and evaluating user requirements for continuous service improvement
