Digital Marketing Specialist

• Drive digital innovation for the entire Viatris portfolio, identify, pilot, promote and drive new digital marketing ideas and projects in line with the company marketing strategy.
• Contribute to continuous digital transformation and excellence in implementation via optimizing the current digital strategy and tactics and implementing new ones.
• Work closely with the local Marketing team, European Digital innovation and Transformation team as well as Global Brand Equity teams
• Conduct market research to identify, pilot, promote and drive new digital marketing ideas and projects in line with the company marketing strategy
• Work together with marketing members towards creating digital marketing campaigns, but also monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and give advice based on qualitative and quantitative data collected.
• Develop and present accurate insights to Head of Digital Marketing in form of reports, or dashboards, and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment
• Create the best possible UX for our Viatris Websites/ Social Media, optimizing the structure, creating content, and participating in the development of new functionalities to optimize the customer journeys.
• Administer Viatris websites (Company website and ViatrisConnect) and implement SEO and SEA strategies.
• Lead new digital projects such as new digital platforms, systems, or tools, but also prepare tactics based on brand planning using currently available digital tools and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar field
• Past work experience as a digital specialist or ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂similar role, for a minimum of 3 years
• Previous experience in researching and promoting products and services online via blogs, social media, and website content and/ or digital marketing
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Creativity and solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Result oriented and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of the technology behind CMS (Content Management System) such as, but not limited to WordPress, Sitecore and Magento - an advantage
• Knowledge of the Email Marketing Software such as, but not limited to SFMC (Sales Force Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation process
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns.
• Knowledge in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for improving campaign performance and ensuring overall profitability
• Be familiar with the process of content marketing and how to create content that is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested customers.
• Ability to carry a project through multiple phases, managing various deliverables with input from a diverse team
• Usage of data analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Ability to respond quickly to the latest online developments
